Mother’s Nest has grown into an outreach giving hands-on consultation and providing support for families seeking safe, holistic health care .

Divya Sriharan is an Advanced Certified Lactation Professional & Infant and young child feeding specialist . She is based in Chennai and has been into hospital practice & private practice . Divya Sriharan has been mentored by Dr Padmini Balagopal & Dr Shacchhee Baweja . Her passion for extending for new moms & families was from her personal breastfeeding experience of 4.5 +years . She has volunteered to serve in different communities and observed their practices . Life member of BPNI .Member of ALPI &ILCA. She is an Authorized Assessor of the Breastfeeding friendly Hospital Initiative .She has trained nursing staff in hospitals with hand on skills. Divya has also worked with Covid positive pregnant & lactating mothers under hospital set ups and ensured there is no separation of mother & baby. Her goal is to make sure every baby is not deprived of its basis birth right -to breastfeed . She believes that breastfeeding is the birth right of every child ..
